These terms apply to all my commissioned artworks. For commissions intended for commercial use and/or recurring gigs, separate terms of service can be negotiated in terms of rights, pay, and royalties.

Unless negotiated otherwise, my commissions are for personal use only and DO NOT come with commercial rights to resell, redistribute, alter, etc.

Include credit when you use or share my works (saying it's by razzberrydazz/razzdazz will suffice).

REFUNDS - Commissions $25 and under have no refunds. Refunds are only given if I have not moved past the sketch stage at the time of cancellation.

NO NFTs. I do NOT authorize ANY of my works to be used for NFTs or any Cryptocurrency project.

NO AI art. I do NOT authorize use of my work in AI databases. Generative AI (LLMs, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Midjourney, etc) is a form of plagiarism and is detrimental to the environment.

I do NOT accept AI generated images as reference material, and will refuse service to anyone who provides AI images as reference. If I discover after the fact that provided references were made with AI, I will refuse all future service to that client.

Do not repost my work without credit. I may post my commission work on my social media - let me know if you want to be tagged as the client if I share the work publicly.

I WILL draw: humans, elves, fantasy, anthro/furries, gore, suggestive themes, and artistic nudity. I am willing to do style emulations and meme redraws.

I will NOT draw: Anything I deem offensive or too outside my artistic ability. I retain the right to refuse service for any reason.

I will allow as many alterations as needed during the sketch stage, but will charge extra for major alterations past the sketch stage.

I need the deadline/time-frame you want the piece done. If you want the project to be done at or before a certain date, I NEED to be informed ASAP. Rush orders will cost extra. My turnaround time varies. Best turnaround time is within three days, but if very busy it may take up to a month.

I ALWAYS provide updates and progress pics. Please provide feedback during the sketch/thumbnail stage so that you get a piece that you really like!

Visual references are greatly appreciated; if you don't have a refsheet or visual references, provide a written description and inspiration pictures to reference from. Things to include in written descriptions: color schemes, physical description, level of complexity, important notes about character's personality and interests, the general vibe/tone of the piece.
