TERMS OF SERVICEThese terms apply to ALL commissioned artworks and commissioners/clients. For commissions intended for commercial use and/or recurring gigs, separate terms of service can be negotiating in terms of rights, pay, and royalties.By default, my commissions are for personal use and DO NOT come with commercial rights to resell, redistribute, alter, put on merch, etc. The commissioned art is for your PERSONAL USAGE ONLY, not for commercial or profit. Use for commercial/for-profit requires separate negotiation and will entail a separate TOS and fees.- ALWAYS include credit when you use or share my works.- I WILL draw: humans, fantasy, anthro/furries, gore, some suggestive content, and artistic nudity.
- I will NOT draw: Anything I deem inappropriate (sexually explicit content), offensive (racist caricatures), or outside my artistic ability and scope.- I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason.- I will allow as many alterations as needed during the sketch stage, but I will charge extra for each alteration past the sketch stage.- I need the timeframe you want the piece done. If you want the project to be done at or before a certain date, I NEED to be informed ASAP. Rush orders will cost extra. My turnaround time depends on if I have other clients at the time and how busy I am. Best turnaround time is within three days, but if I'm caught up it may take over a month.- I ALWAYS provide updates and progress pics. Please provide feedback especially during the sketch or thumbnail stage so that you get a piece that you really like!- Visual references are greatly appreciated; if you don't have a visual reference, provide a detailed written description and inspiration pictures to reference from. Things to include in written descriptions: preferred color schemes, the level of complexity of the design, important notes about the character's personality and interests, the general vibe of the piece.REFUNDS - If I have already finished the piece for you, there is NO refund. Commissions $15 and under have no refunds. If I have NOT fully finished a piece and you decide to cancel, you will only get a partial refund.- NO NFTs. I do NOT authorize ANY of my works to be used for or in NFTs or ANY Cryptocurrency project. If you are affiliated with any NFT project, do not commission me. I do not want my work being used for or associated with NFTs.- NO AI art. I do NOT authorize use of my art in AI databases. I do NOT want my work used in conjunction with AI.- Do NOT repost my work without my permission. If I do a personal commission for you, you have permission to share the work on your social media with credit. I also can post the commission work on my own social medias unless negotiated otherwise - let me know if you want to be tagged or referenced to as the client if I post the work on my own accounts.- As the creator of the artworks, if I discover a client is violating my ToS, I am within my rights to revoke access to my work from them.
